Your responsibilities:

  • Identifying, questioning and documenting requirements (user stories, UML, BPMN,... )
  • Creation of concepts in close collaboration with all stakeholders
  • Estimation of efforts, creation of project plans and roadmaps in coordination with all stakeholders including customers, product team, developers
  • Coordination of hardware and firmware development within team
  • Ensuring product quality and adherence to schedules and budget
  • Creation and documentation of processes (BPMN, RACI, ...) as well as analysis and measurement of OKRs / KPIs


Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as product owner / project coordinator in hardware development
  • Background in hardware development; experiences in hardware related software development processes are an advantage
  • Strong product-related thinking, experienced communicator
  • Process-oriented thinking, high level of personal responsibility
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Google G-Suite, Notion and / or Office 365
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken; good German skills would be an advantage
  • Agile mindset (experience with SCRUM an advantage)
