As a Business Development Intern (all genders) you will play an instrumental role in increasing the commercial activities of the company to fast-track its growth across European markets. You will contribute to the creation of the core infrastructure and processes on the commercial side of the business as well as conduct research to validate hypotheses, market trends and analyze competitor activities. You will work hand-in-hand with the Co-Founders as well as sales team.

Your responsibilities:

• Prospect, identify and generate new opportunities via cold calling, email, phone, Linkedin, etc. to build a pipeline of targeted prospects across Europe
• Manage sales pipeline through sequential stages of the sales process: prospect, initial outreach, product demo, negotiation and closing
• Take a consultative approach with c-level executives while navigating multiple decision-makers
• Conduct competitive analysis and gain business insights for the European market
• Design and execute email and (social media) marketing campaigns that build the brand, drive user engagement and generate new business leads
• Assist in the research and presentation of new product features

Your profession:

• You are completing or have just completed your studies and are available for a 6 months internship

• You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to express yourself clearly both verbally and in writing in the English language & one more European language (for example one of the Nordic languages)

• You are Solution-oriented approach and the ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems in a timely and effective manner

• Self-motivation and a strong willingness to learn belong to your characteristics

• Your skills include multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment
